Melanie Taljaard is a business strategist, facilitator, and HubSpot consultant with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations improve communication, systems, strategy, and customer experience.

After discovering graphic facilitation and visual communication in 2018, Melanie continued her learning through Bikablo and began incorporating visual thinking into workshops, strategy sessions, process mapping, and facilitation work.

Today, she is excited to bring Bikablo training to Canada and help organizations discover the power of visual communication to create clarity, engagement, and shared understanding.
